Yes, I am alive. I've been freed of the busy void of doom that has kept me captive this past week between recovering from the cold I had that worsened then got better, quizzing myself on the information from my Driver's Manual Booklet I've been studying and a few other things. Wooo~ it's good to be back. x.x 5-28-06 - 8:35 p.m.
I had so much fun the past two days, there are no words to describe it. I just wish I hadn't gotten this horrible cold today with the weather change though which made me feel so icky that I ended up staying at home resting after celebrating my grandmother's birthday but oh well, what can you do? As promised, here are the hilights. ^^ -Saw many a Edward Elric cosplayers, at least twelve. Ten were various T.V. series versions with a Armor Al then there was this beautifully done Movie Ed along with Movie Al and a creative original version of Heid with a blue coat with a white Serpent's Cross on the back in addition to his clothes from the movie. Some of the Military characters such as Roy and Riza were there too plus some of the sins. There was this gorgeously done Hakkai too but he looked lonely without Gojyo and only had Goku for company. -Sang karaoke and danced DDR which was fun but made my feet hurt. ^^; -Visited the Artist's Alley and got chibified in a picture with Amanda by the artist duo Comiku Girls which I absolutely adore, it's so cute. *^__^* -Got a *lot* of stuff at the dealer's room including: A cute pencil board of the entire Elric family. It features Ed and Al when they were little looking at each other with their parents. Al is being held in Trisha's arms while Ed is being carried on Hohenheim's shoulders. A pencil board of Ed and Armor Al from the movie hugging. A cute Al hat. ^.^ A Al Blood Rune t-shirt A beautiful pencil board of Hakkai, Gojyo, Sanzo, and Goku looking in all directions with feathers floating by. A set of chibi Ed and Al keychains, a chibi Ed and Al frame, a pillow that features chibi Al holding a kitty in his arms that unzips and has smaller pillows of chibi Ed in his famous bladed arm pose and the kitty in Al's arms by itself laying down and a small wash cloth of chibi Al surrounded by his ever loving group of kitties. XD A set of Loveless keychains featuring Soubi and Ritsuka. A Momoiji backpack A Momiji pin A plushie of Kakashi in a dog suit A Daisuke keychain A Wiz pin A purple t-shirt with yellow-orange words that say "Kawaii" A black shirt with red and white words that say "Anime Freak" Yaoi Manga including Little Butterfly, Gorgeous Carat 1, and The Aluria Chronicles. So yeah, I had a wonderful time and now I go unwind while seeking out tissues because my nose is getting away from me. x.x5-25-06 - 5:15 p.m.
Whew, what a day. Went out to Kagawa for lunch, ran some errands afterwards and now I'm finally home getting the final things together for Anime Boston which starts tomorrow. I'm so excited, it feels as though I'm about to burst with excitement. I was watching some of my favorite funny moments of Samurai Troopers a.k.a Ronin Warriors such as the food fight between Shin and Shuu then another one is Shuu flooping back on the couch to the sound of a gong complaining that he was hungry and when Nasutei was coming back, etc. this morning and man, they still made me laugh as much as when I saw the episodes way back when. XD ::still giggling like mad:: ::stops laughing and rubs the back of her head as people stare at her because they don't have any idea what she's talking about:: Hehe... ^^; Well, except my sister. ^.^5-21-06 - 11:26 a.m.
Going through my anime dvds today (I was moving them because I wanted to move the current shelf I have them on and measure the space to see if I could possibly fit a bigger shelf to hold more dvds because my collection's getting bigger), I came across my Samurai Troopers a.k.a Ronin Warriors dvds. Memories of first seeing it years ago came flooding back to me. It was my first anime ever that introduced me to the wonderful world of anime and manga thus it'll always have a special place in my heart. From that first encounter with anime, I never had expected it to grow and develop into the hobby (okay, maybe fandom/obsession is a better word...) it is today but before I knew it, it had. I guess you can never predict these things, huh? XD;5-20-06 - 12:20 p.m.
So I bought this woven bracelet that changes colors in the sun when you wear it outside the other day, right? I was testing it this morning going for a walk around the backyard in the sunshine to see if it really worked and it did. I was so amazed that I kept holding it up in the sunlight with a big smile on my face shouting "It really works!" Then I go back inside the house and the colors fade away so I do it one more time to amuse myself again before going inside for good because I needed to get some lunch so my stomach would stop growling at me... Geez, I'm so easily amused. ^^;5-19-06 - 5:12 p.m.
Wow, we had a little bit of everything weather wise today around here. It was rainy heading out to meet mom for lunch at Kagawa which was good as always. Leaving the resturant to run a few errands before going home, it was sunny and windy then the breeze stopped and a sunshower followed. I'm surprised I didn't see a rainbow after the sunshower but I guess with the big amount of clouds that remained hung in the sky, it wasn't clear enough for one. Oh well, maybe next time... 5-18-06 - 5:01 p.m.
Went into Downtown Crossing today. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for but I had fun walking down the street both ways in the warm sunshine, singing along to the FMA OST I had in my portable cd player while dancing just a little and not caring about the stares people gave me. I simply grinned and waved at them. Hey, I know I'm nuts and I'm not ashamed of it. X3 5-17-06 - 2:38 p.m.
I slept much better last night. Everything was quiet and peaceful unlike the night before. It's funny how some nights can be noisy and others can be quiet... In other news, I can't believe that the sun is finally out after all the rain we've had. It's getting warm again too. It looks like we're in for some good, sunny days ahead. ^^5-16-06 - 3:27 p.m.
Ugh, I slept horrible last night. Between the car alarms going off, loud shouting, and stomach troubles, I'm still blurry eyed. I took a nap this afternoon though and watched Uncle Buck on a movie channel on tv which made me laugh so I'm feeling a little better now. It was a rainy weekend... Saturday, I spent the day resting and getting over my headache which grew really bad over the weekend but I managed to get over it a little by Sunday. We celebrated Mother's day by having a nice supper in mom's honor and gave her cards and a Edible fruit arrangement which she liked. So even though both days were pouring with rain, a little sunshine shone through with mom's happiness on Mother's day. Today, my headache's gone. The rain was lighter and the sun even made a brief appearance. I was able to get to Borders this time and had a successful trip. I got Earthian 3, Yami no Matsuei 11 and Kamikaze no Jeanne 3. I'm so happy that I made it there this time around. Now I have new reading material...hehe. ^^ ::goes off to read it::5-11-06 - 4:43 p.m
Augh, I can't believe the problems I'm having with my internet today. It keeps cutting me off. It's so frustrating when I'm trying to chat via AIM and surf my favorite websites. Another annoying thing is the people the next sreet over who's screaming and whistling noises are working on my last nerve. I don't need this when I already have a headache.... Didn't do much yesterday. Basically did some errands and rested at the end of the day because I didn't sleep well Sunday night. Today, I wanted to see what was new in manga at Borders but my plans got washed out. I ended up going back home because of the heavy rain. It was so bad that I couldn't hold up my umbrella with the wind and got soaked. After drying off and having a cup of tea, I was fine but man...That was awful. It's supposed to rain like that for the rest of the week too, blah. It looks like I'll have to wait until the rain lets up next week to go out anywhere...5-7-06 - 12:17 p.m.

Whew, I swear there's definitely a heat wave going on. This is the second day in a row it's been Summer-like weather. It's melting me... I need some ice cream or something now...x.x5-5-06 - 2:24 p.m.
So what've I been up to? Well, let's see... Tuesday night into Wednesday: I was very sick to my stomach from the chile dad had insisted on cooking for dinner. I don't know why he didn't do something else because he knows I can't digest spicy food that easily. -.- Yesterday: Enjoyed another nice visit with Amanda. We had lots of laughs. Good times, good times. *^^* And that's all, really. On a random note, I can't believe how warm it is today. It feels like Summer when it's the beginning of May and the first day of Summer isn't until June 21st. Heh, go figure. XD5-2-06 - 1:57 p.m.
It seems that I can't do anything right today. I slept in late, burnt my tongue drinking my tea, slipped going up the stairs...I think I'm having a off day. This really stinks... ;_; 5-1-06 - 11:52 a.m.

XD; Here are the hilights: -Enjoyed a nice visit with my dear friend Amanda on Saturday all day. She never fails to make me laugh, she's really fun to be with. *^^* -Went to the Heritage Museum and Gardens on Sunday for the better part of the day. I loved looking at all of the gardens, there were some simply lovely flowers there. Riding on the carousel was fun too. Nothing beats that, I say. XD So there you have it. Manga spree, oh wonderful manga spree at Borders! I'm now the proud owner of FMA 7 (in early, woot! XD), My Only King (a cute yaoi manga about a king and his magician) and Sweet Revolution (yet another yaoi manga of the highschool romance type). Hehe, it looks like Fridays are turning into my manga spree days. X3 Speaking of manga, I gotta get another bookshelf to store all of my manga so my current one doesn't explode...o.o; ::glances over to her poor overstuffed bookshelf and cringes at the thought of it exploding::4-28-06 - 12:59 p.m.
I had that driving dream again, it still feels so real to me. It's the first dream that I've had in ages I can remember clearly, which makes me happy. I rarely remember all of the details of my dreams...I suppose my desire is that strong, I shall learn how to drive yet and be free of the evil public transportation forever! I had a dream about driving last night. I was in a purple car with the wind in my hair and a wonderful feeling of freedom washed over me as I drove along on the road as the scenery on the side of the road and people alike passed by me. It seemed so real, I really believed I actually was driving. When I woke up, I glanced over to the Driver's Manual booklet on my bedside table in wonder. Perhaps studying it so much lately inspired that dream, because I have the desire to get my driver's license and not have to depend on public transportation anymore. Man, Robin Williams is so funny, I adore him so much. He's my favorite actor. He was on at least two different morning talk shows this morning just being his hilarious self without even trying while they were interviewing him which started off my day with a smile. His latest movie RV that comes out Friday was one of the things most discussed in the interviews. I'm thinking of seeing that along with Happy Feet and Mrs. Doubtfire 2 when they come out later this year. Did stuff around the house, got somethings at the store including a Mother's Day card for mom (it's a little early I know but May will be here before you know it), and other stuff that we needed. Whew, carrying those items home left my shoulder quite sore so I need to rest that. I think it wasn't a good idea to carry so many heavy things but hey, it needed to be done. ^^; 4-24-06 - 4:08 p.m.

Ugh, I'm still blurry eyed. I didn't get to sleep until past 3:00 a.m. this morning because my shoulder was hurting too much after being hit yesterday and I kept having to shift position so I wasn't directly on it. It feels like there's a bruise there, I'm not too sure but that's the sensation I get every time I touch it or put pressure on it. Well, I'm sure it'll get better if I keep putting a heating pad on it to soothe the soreness and the bruise (if there is one) will clear up, it'll just take time...4-21-06 - 5:13 p.m.
So how was my day? Kind of good and kind of bad... The Good: -I had a successful manga spree at Borders. I got Fruits Basket 13, Our Everlasting 2, Our Kingdom 2, and Chrno Crusade 7 which I had been looking for since forever. Now all I need is Gorgeous Carat 1 and I'll be happy. ^^ <3 -My back is much better now, yay I have healed! XD The Bad: -Transportation was a pain. There were crowds everywhere but I guess that's what you get when kids are on Spring Break and their parents wanting to take them somewhere. Still, I hate it when people shove by you in a rush and don't even apologize when they whack you with their bag or something. -Had to put a heating pad on my shoulder because someone thought it would be funny to smack me in the shoulder hard getting off the bus. >_> So in the end, I have a nice stack of manga to read, treating my sore shoulder, and glad to be home again. x.x4-20-06 - 4:14 p.m.
You know, Tigger never fails to amuse me. Just this morning, he took a garbage bag by the plastic loops in his teeth and dragged it across the kitchen floor before mom had put it out when he had been afraid of it just moments before when it was moving around while mom was emptying the trashcan in the kitchen. It was so strange, maybe he was trying to show it who was boss to conquer his fear of plastic bags? He's done that before on a smaller scale too, such as shopping bags so who knows? Maybe he's a attack cat in disguise...Heh, Tigger: the attack cat that takes on plastic bag monsters. XD On another note, my back's almost better. There's still a slight pain in it but nothing a heating pad won't fix. ^^4-19-06 - 2:44 p.m.
Caught a 24 hour stomach bug yesterday which was no fun. Ugh, I gotta check that tuna fish that's been in the refrigerator more closely before I have it for lunch next time. x.x Plus I slept on my back wrong. I don't know how I did it but I woke up half way out of bed twisted sideways so when I went to adjust myself to sit up properly, pain went up my back. After having a heating pad on it, it's lessened so it's not as painful today but I'm still keeping the heating pad on it just in case I get sore again.4-17-06 - 4:55 p.m.
Yesterday was a Happy Easter indeed. Had a nice supper with my family, a lot of laughs, and of course, chocolate! XD Yes, it was lots of fun which left me tired so I just unwound in the evening and went to bed early because I stayed up late the night before. x.x Today I ran some errands, filled out a application to work at the movie theatre, took a nap (though I don't know why I was tired, maybe it's this cold I've gotten the start of with this weather change, it's not a bad one, just sniffles) and flopped infront of the compie. x.x Whoo, now it's relaxing time. No, I didn't fall off the face of the earth. I spent Thursday and yesterday taking care of mom because she hurt her leg Thursday walking back home from the store. She had a series of shooting pains up her right leg that caused her a lot of pain and made it hard for her to walk. She was checked out by the doctor the same day to find out what was wrong. Fortunately, it wasn't anything serious such as a blood clot or anything which was a big relief. She was given crutches to walk on and medicine to take to ease the pain. After a couple of days of rest and taking it easy on her leg, she was able to walk much better today without crutches so much so that we were able to go to the movies together to see Ice Age 2: The Meltdown which was hilarious. It made me happy to see her doing so well this afternoon walking around. I was concerned there for a while but it looks like she's going to be okay. <34-12-06 - 8:12 p.m.
Man, I was so tired yesterday by the time I got home, I just wanted to flop... I decided to enjoy the nice day by taking a walk for a little while around the center. When I was finished, I waited for a bus home since I was too tired from my lengthly walk. I waited for half a hour...which is a ridicously long time. If I wasn't exhausted, believe me I would've huffed it home. I swear, the transportation is getting worse and worse around here. ._. ::sighs:: Well, it was much better today at least for my trip to the Cambridgeside Galleria. That place is so beautiful, it has a nice water fountain outside the building that reaches up to like tweleve inches in the sky. It was especially a magificent sight this afternoon with the water sparkling under the sun. Ah, I love giant water fountains. <3 I had a successful shopping trip, got some more stuff for my Spring wardrobe and a pretty Celtic knot necklace. ^^ Now, I'm just kicking back and relaxing, aaah~ X3 ::puts her feet up::4-10-06 - 8:58 p.m.

The monsterous headache continues to plague me at the worst of times. I'm also lacking in sleep. Battling a bad head ache and a sore elbow is no fun, no fun at all folks. I'm feeling somewhat better today. The head ache's still there at times but my elbow's not sore anymore. On another note, the flowers seem to have whethered the chilly weather and such which is good to see. Look it! It's a update! XD; Sorry I haven't updated in a few days, nothing much has been going on. Basically did some shopping for new sneakers and that over the weekend, plus some other random stuff. Meh, the nice Spring weather that we were having seems to have disappeared. It's getting chilly and rainy now. I hope it doesn't effect the flowers too much. Despite the windy day and since I was feeling better, I went to Borders for a manga spree to get caught up on the manga I had missed. I had quite the success. I got Saiyuki Reload 3, Yami no Matsuei 10, Basara 15, Basara 16, Dragon Knights 22, Vampire Game 14 and Orphen 4. I was disappointed that I couldn't find Chrno Crusade 7 or Gorgeous Carat 1 though. Oh well, I got most of the manga I wanted anyway. There's always next time. ^^ 3-14-06 - 3:53 p.m.

I'm feeling much better today. I think the cold I have is almost gone. I rested a lot and watched Howl's Moving Castle this afternoon. (My dad had pre-ordered it a while ago on dvd as soon as it was available since it never came to theaters around here and it arrived at the house the other day which I forgot to mention. XD;) After watching it, all I can say is wow...The story, the art, the characters, everything was well done. It really drew you in from the beginning and took you away to another world until the very end. If you ever get the chance, I would definitely recommend buying this movie. It's a beautiful masterpiece. ^^ <33-8-06 - 6:18 p.m.

Well, I didn't do much yesterday. It was the typical Saturday for me. Today, I saw Eight Below. It was a truly incredible story. It was amazing how resourceful the dogs were. There were many moments of tradgedy and peril during the team of sled dogs' journey of survivial which really had me crying. At least most of them were reunited with their owner again in the end. After the movie was over, I sought out to fill out a job application at the movie theatre to no avail. Oh well, there's always next time, right? ^^;3-3-06 - 4:26 p.m.

It's the second day of March and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. I've put in applications for six different places like mentioned in a entry awhile back but no success yet. I'm thinking of applying for a job at the movie theatre when I go see Eight Below this weekend with my family because my friend Mike who works there said that there's plenty of openings there so we'll see how that turns out. I really want to find a job soon, a job that I can enjoy. Even though it might not be my first choice, I can always explore more possiblities. I want to have something to do outside of the daily routine I've grown accustomed to because even though it's fun to relax around the house, go on shopping sprees for anime/manga, run errands, etc., it gets old after awhile. There's so much out there to discover after all, I want to see what it's like. ^^3-1-06 - 6:32 p.m.
I haven't been up to much over the past 5 days. Mostly just relaxing around the house, running errands or something like that. The only exciting thing that happened was yesterday. :3 Sadly, the manga spree wasn't a big turn out. I only got FMA 6 which Borders got in a day early. I'll have to check back later this month for the other manga I want because I remembered most of them don't come out until March 7th, wah~ XD; I got new slippers successfully. They're a pretty light blue color and very comfy. ^^ <3 So it was a okay trip over all, whee~. ^.^ As for today, not much happened. Errands and other little things occurred but that's nothing new. I haven't done much today. I napped for a bit to catch up on some lost sleep, played on the computer, etc. because there was no way I could go anywhere. The snow hasn't been cleared off the sidewalks yet. Hopefully it'll be cleared soon. I don't like being cooped up for too long, there's only so much you can do. ::sighs:: On another subject, mom came home safely late last night which was a relief. Slept in until 1:00 p.m. today. I guess I needed the sleep after being kept awake by the wind howling outside last night. It snowed looks like it snowed all night because it's a sea of white out there now. The snow's going to keep coming too, blah. Now that I'm feeling better, I'll update this thing more. Nothing much has happened. I was continuing to feel blah for two days but then I finally felt up to going out yesterday so I went into Downtown Crossing. I found quite the haul. I got Avatar: The Last Airbender Book 1: Water volume 1 on dvd, Earthian 2 (mmm~ a shounen-ai manga X3), and Loveless 1 (mmm~ another shounen-ai manga >D). I was pleased because I found the two manga I wanted my last manga spree but couldn't find them. So I'm all caught up on that. Yay~ X3 Today, I'm fretting about the snow storm that's said to come. It sounds like a really bad one. It's going to snow a foot or so. That's just great, I bet no one's going to clear off any of the side walks or anything again. On top of that, as far as I can remember, they always clear off the main streets first when we've had a major snow storm and left the side streets until like a day later. Guess what? I live on one of the side streets. That means I'm practically snowed in until Sunday, even possibly Monday so I can't go anywhere. It's ridiculous, the side streets should be cleared the same time as the main streets. What makes the main streets so damn special? Just because they're the roads everyone travel on more frequently than the side roads? No, I didn't die. There just hasn't been that much to update about. I'm still looking for a job, studying the Driver's Manual booklet, watching anime, namely FMA between it all and on a roller coaster of getting stomach bugs then getting well again. Bleh~ anyway, onto today. I had a manga spree at Borders today. Sadly, there wasn't much in Borders that I wanted except Yami no Matsuei 9 and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne 2 which was disappointing. Ever feel like you're ready to die under a heavy amount of pressure? That's what I felt like today job hunting. It's a vicious world out there in the matter of employment. You try your best to apply and answer all the questions they ask but at the end of the day, the pressure overwhelms you. Then some questions float into your head: Was I clear enough answering all the questions? Will they call me back or will I be let down again? I've applied to at least five different places the past six weeks or so but no one has called me back to offer me a interview so far. It makes me doubt whether I'm good enough or not to even get a job. ::sighs:: Only time will tell I guess...1-25-06 - 4:55 p.m.
Didn't do that much today. Had lunch then went to Roseann's. I got decorations for Valentine's Day and a funky beaded necklace with different cool colors such as blues, greens, etc. and it has a silver charm at the center that has a water ripple design on it. Meh, my arm and back muscles ache from having to shovel this morning. I hate this heavy snow/rain mix crap, it's so tough to clean up. It doesn't help that the stupid plow pushes clumps from the road in front of the drive way either. I'm not up to much besides waiting for the new FMA ep to come on at midnight because I'm anxious to see what happens next after last week's sad yet intriguing ep. The bathroom floor was redone today. While it was being worked on, Mom and I had lunch out at Subway then went to Wal Mart to shop for fun and use the public restrooms there. I was pleased to find My Giant on dvd at a reasonable price, I love that movie so much, very touching and funny. ^^ <3 Returned about just after 3:00 p.m. or so to find the bathroom floor was finished. It's all shiny and new, it looks goooood. XD We have to let the finish coat of the tile dry overnight then the plumber will return tomorrow to reconnect everything so we have a functioning bathroom again, huzzah.1-19-06 - 9:00 p.m.
Coming by to drop off groceries tonight, Amanada handed me the 7th FMA dvd in a Tokyo Kid bag. The dear had gone to Tokyo Kid earlier this week and got it for me since I didn't get the chance to last week with my upset stomach and icky weekend weather. I hugged her so tight in thanks, I think I almost squished her. ^^; I love you, Neenee! Had quite the project this morning. Since we are getting the bathroom floor retiled tomorrow, everything from under the vanity has to be taken out and the pipes have to be disconnected by a plumber. Mom and I cleaned out the stuff from under the vanity in the bathroom then moved it in a large plastic container to the spare room. My allgeries were going like crazy because of all the dust under there. Meh~ evil dust. >< The plumber is scheduled to come tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. before the carpeters get here to disconnect the pipes then the carpeters will get to work. The good thing is that we're finally getting this done, the poor old floor has gone through alot with a rotting corner, etc. The bad thing is that we can't use the bathroom until later in the day Saturday so that's going to be a pain. There's no public restrooms around here unless you walk fifteen minutes to the center and use the Harvard Vanguard Health Plan restrooms. Bah~ I don't want to do that everytime I have to pee but there's no other option until the retiling job is finished. @.@1-18-06 - 2:06 p.m.

Spent most of the day sleeping and watching the first two dvds of Kyou Kara Maoh! Man, that anime is so cute and hilarious. My favorite character so far is Gunter with Conard as a close second. Feeling much better today. Just my back hurts abit but as long as I have a heating pad on it, I'm fine. On another note, I should really start setting goals for myself. Sort of resolutions for 2006 if you will. I want to accomplish these things: -Get my learner's permit and learn how to drive. It'll be more easier driving myself to places that are non-walking distance rather than depending on the sucky public transportation all the time. >> -Get a job. It'll get my parents off my back but I just don't want *any* job, I want to look for one that suits my interests. Even though I have fun hanging about at home and stuff, it kind of gets boring after awhile. Went to Tokyo Kid today. Didn't find much besides Al's Blood Rune necklace, it's a silver charm in the shape of a circle, a transmutation circle of a circlet with big triangle going up and three smaller triangles going downwards on the right, left, and bottom side of the bigger triangle frame the red blood rune in the center, and it's on a black cord, the black leather wristband with a bigger version of Al's Blood Rune on it except it's white on the wristband, why not red I have no idea (I want the t-shirt too but they didn't have it T.T), two zipper charms: Ed looking all smug in his famous pose with his hands clapped together and Al holding the infamous kitty he saved in that one ep (I have the patch, pin and keychain of it too, lol. It's just too cute! XD;) and three packets of the second series trading cards which features screen captures from the tv series, it fun because you never know what you're going to get. X3 I wanted FMA vol. 7 on dvd too but I remembered it doesn't come out until tomorrow, d'oh! >< And I *still* haven't found Kyou Kara Maoh! vol. 3 anywhere, it's annoying. I saw Sukisho vol. 2 but no 1 or 3 so I didn't get it. I rather start from the beginning and get them altogether. Plus the Saiyuki OSTS I wanted weren't there either. Sorry about skipping a day. I got sucked into the FMA marathon I was having of the dvds I have so far, vols. 1-6. Some eps still make me cry. "Mother" is one of my favorites, yay for Ed and Al's backstory, even though it's mostly sad at the end. ;_; I'm overjoyed that the two week hiatus is over and that a new ep of FMA is airing tonight at midnight. Had myself a lil' shopping spree in Downtown Crossing this afternoon. I got three dvds: Saiyuki Reload vol. 6 and Kyou Kara Maoh! vols. 4&5 (I was disappointed I couldn't find vol. 3, I have to see if I can get it another time T.T) and some misc. reading material: FMA 5 (manga), Wild Rock (yaoi manga, woooo! >D) and Newtype's January 2006 issue (anime magazine) featuring the interview with Hiromu Arakawa-sama herself! *_* So I had lots of fun. Not doing much of anything, basically relaxing. Very excited about Christmas coming up soon. I get to have two Christmases, hehe. The first is on Christmas Eve. My parents, my older sister Anne, our mutual friend, Amanda and Grammy (my grandmother on my father's side) are gonna get together for a brunch and gift exchange. Then Saturday night, my parents, Anne, and I are going up to Maine to Nana and Pop's (my grandparents on my mother's side) to spend the night and Christmas day for more fun. My Aunt Sherry, Uncle Al, cousins Chris, Valerie and Shawn (also from mom's side) are going to be there too. So it's going to be lots of enjoyment, cheer and stuff. Usually, we celebrate Christmas the weekend after the actual day with mom's side of the family but how it fell this year and it being mom's only weekend off left in the month, we had to do it this way. Argh! Why they can't leave things alone!? Why must they be so unfair to the anime fans!? Without the worthwhile shows like FMA, they wouldn't have *half* the viewers they do. Sorry for the lateness. I've been recovering from waking up with back pain the past two days. My cat, Tigger was at the foot of my bed as per usual. I went to roll over to get up when Tigger stretched and put his weight on my back. I felt a muscle there get pulled after shooing him off gently then getting out of bed Sunday morning. So I spent the remainder of the weekend and today with a heating pad on my lower back. It's not sore anymore but geesh, I think I should put Tigger on a diet.
